Playing against the Patriots, the Giants' odds were tough. But who knew? The brothers pulled it out in the 4th quarter. So sweet, so satisfying and let it be said--New York represents!!
All I can say is my chicken I put on the Webber using briquettes and a chipped up wine oak barrel that had Merlot in it. The chips were soaked in water and tossed on the briquettes to provide a Merlot smoke flavor. The chicken was marinated in garlic infused vinegar and some other spices and sat on a can with Merlot in it on the grill.
Add the grilled Red onions, zucchini, red, green, and yellow peppers and eggplant all marinated in a roasted garlic and balsamic vinegar.
Served with a glass of Merlot and halftime with Tom Petty. It was fantastic.
Womp--yes, thank you for Eli. They raise the boys right in your neck of the woods, girl.
And morewines---I want to party with YOU. That sounds like an incredible menu. And I agree, I could have easily heard more of Petty. Don't you love that he performed with his old band? They were terrific.
Girl, I am such a non-football person. I mean, it's TOTALLY not my thing. But I went to a Superbowl party with a friend on Sunday, and kind of had to stay and shit, and holy cow! I was jumping and screaming and high fiving like a pro!
There's something about an underdog that I just can't NOT root for. I can honestly say I've never enjoyed a football game so much!!! And Eli Manning is my new hero. *sigh*

Wow! You got this post up fast! I wanted the Patriots to win because Craig Ferguson predicted they would. He liked their logo better.
Eli brought it. You're welcome.
