Tomorrow I will be adopting a new pet: a minature schnauzer, 5 months old, whom we've already named Scout. I've always loved dogs and this little critter makes me very happy indeed. She's playful, social and very affectionate. And this means dog playdates with my pet owner friends. Really, it's all good. Watch this space for gratuitous cute dog photos.

Our New Addition
