I'm hardly the athletic type but I do enjoy sports. I am fully appreciative of exercise but I appreciate exercise more when I don't know I am doing it. That's perhaps been my objection to joining a gym. I have joined gyms in my life and have diligently participated in a routine, if only to assuage my personal guilt for the large monthly fee I have paid to be there. But rote routine is not interesting to me and for that very reason, I eventually resign my reason for attending.
In my life, I have had periods of physical regime that has provided enjoyment while providing the exercise one attributes necessary to reasonable fitness. I spent seven years dancing with a folk ensemble, which required bi-weekly rehearsals and weekly paid performances. That was arduous work and it kept me in rather fit shape. Once that was over, I spent my spare time playing tennis. I did that for several years and developed a serviceable forearm. After that phase, I took up yoga. This was something I was well suited to, being fairly flexible by nature. I still enjoy it when I take the time to do it. Following this, I engaged in kick boxing. I really enjoyed boxing and especially, grappling (a form of martial arts wrestling). I was quite adept at grappling and the women I trained with refused to partner with me because I was too rough. When my tenure was in its halcyon days, I would train with men. And some of them, I beat. I loved beating the men. I admit it.
And now I'm ready for my next sport. I do play softball with the company team. I'm not a natural at it but as I always say, what I lack in talent I make up in enthusiasm. The truth is, I have a great interest in taking up golf. It's not wildly physical but the pastoral aspects and the physical control of the game does interest me. And I would walk the course. That's 18 holes of exercise. I'm already investigating training.

I think you will find that you have the same TWO problems that I did during my very brief attempt at golf....
And they are....?
Let's just say boobs aren't really an asset when you're trying to learn how to swing a golf club.
