I'm still feeling ambivalent about last week's "Top Chef" finale. Leave it to the food writers at New York magazine to put it in the proper perspective.
And BTW, I still can't believe that Stefan called Marcel a twat. Or that Bravo aired that statement (even if it was true).

I was torn between Carla and Hosea, but Carla just blew it for herself when she listened to her sous chef, Casey. It wasn't the final challenge for Casey, now was it? Big mistake. So I was okay with Hosea taking the prize. He was pretty consistent throughout the challenges.
And I think Stephan, after he called Marcel a twat, then said something like, Aren't we all? or something like that anyway, so maybe that's why he got away with it. Stephan cracked me up this season; his arrogance was just unbelievable! LOL I loved that he had the hots for Jamie, the lesbian. So funny! I loved when she said about him, What part of lesbian doesn't he understand.
Well sewn up, SR. I totally agree.
I need to start watching Top Chef. I feel like an outsider everywhere i go.
