And I'm Off

I'm off to the fabled venue of San Jose, California tomorrow at 5 am for seven days worth of festivities associated with the very last module of last year's corporate management course. We have a big presentation to some rather important people on Sunday and we have a week's worth of mingling with very important global senior management types all week. I'm half terrified and half exhilarated but if my previous experiences at the other modules is any indication, I shall return back to my little burg on the Hudson enlightened, inspired, exhausted and with a whole new view of the business (and real) world. Hasta la vista, kids. Till tomorrow.

Well, you better do some wine tasting
this time. You are only 40 minutes
from the Livermore Valley Wine Country. They have 50 wineries.
On of them is Thomas Coyne Winery.

Morewines: For the next eight days, I am a servant of the masters of my parent company. While we have no plans to go to Thomas Coyne (alas, maybe on my return here in August on vacation) we DO have a field trip planned to the Thomas Fogarty winery in Santa Cruz Valley. What say you, my sage friend, about this particular vintner?

I say Santa Cruz Mtn wineries are
pretty good. I go to their
Passport Weekends often.
It's been a long time since
I have been to Tom Fogarty's
winery.
"So much wine so little time."

But you are missing out on the
Livermore Valley Wine Country.
