How is it that a vital person, barely 30 years old, dies? Heath Ledger was brilliant in "Brokeback Mountain" so it seems a bit surreal that a promising young actor dies in the very bloom of fresh youth. Britney would have been much less of a surprise.It was a long day anyway. This news just added to the heavy cast of a gloomy day.

I couldn't believe it when I heard this sad, sad news. I have followed his performance path since 'The Patriot'. I agree with you, although I too, don't wish ill on anyone, would have been less surprised if the news were Britney related.
Shocking.
I'm really going to miss him. I really loved his acting skills and his handsome face. Poor guy. :-(
