A P.S. to the Britain posting: I learned during our visit that my Aunt Dawn, a hairdresser that contracts to work at Harrods, also has a select client base of her own. Apparently (and this was revealed in hushed tones over the appetizer course at dinner), she manages the hairdressing of HRH Princess Anne. I suppose following this revelation with the sound of a horse braying was not exactly the best response on my part...now that I think of it.
